Dr Mark Brimble is an Associate Professor of Finance at Griffith Business School. He holds a PhD in Capital Markets and has active research interests in financial markets, sustainable finance, personal finance and finance education, with publications in various national and international journals.
Dr Brimble is a Certified Practising Accountant, a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and a fellow of the Office of Learning and Teaching. He is also a foundation member and chair of the Financial Planning Education Council and founding co-chair of the Financial Planning Academic Forum.
In 2014, the board of the Financial Planning Association of Australia awarded Mark a Distinguished Service Award for his service to the profession.
